Aloe vera was used around many different parts of the world that is why scientists recently discovered where it originated from. In 2015 international scientists found that aloe vera originates from the Arabian Peninsula.
People called aloe vera the plant of immortality in ancient Egypt. Queen Nefertiti and Cleopatra used aloe vera routinely in their beauty regimes.
People in ancient India called aloe vera the silent healer. Greek Physicians also mention aloe vera’s medical uses.
The benefits of Aloe vera soap
Aloe vera is full of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins C, A, E, B12, Folic acid, potassium and magnesium. It also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. So, it can help sooth the skin.
Aloe vera soap draws moisture to the top layer of the skin to help hydrate it and make it look more plump. If your skin feels dry, itchy or tight you can use aloe vera to moisturize your skin.
As mentioned above,aloe vera contains vitamin E, A and C. these are important vitamins that keep the skin looking healthy. They also have antioxidants. Aloe vera may increase collagen production. So, using aloe vera soap may help fight the signs of aging.
Aloe vera may also help reduce dark spots as it acts as a gentle exfoliator removing dead skin cells. It is also suitable for all skin types since it is gentle on the skin.
Since aloe vera has antibacterial properties it can help fight acne in a gentle way and reduces redness associated with it.
